Hello, again! Gravidef here. If you all don't mind, I would like to write an I.A.S. on this particular board (hence the coded title). However, before I begin, I would like to give a special "Thank you!" to Shadow Kirby!
A few years ago, I was on this board, and I noticed that he had started writing an I.A.S. I started reading it-and was amazed! I can still remember details about it to this day: Luigi's love for Daisy, the Princess finding the Game Boy Horror in a drawer in the Billiards Room, playing the "Super Mario Bros. 3 theme" to "cross over" Melody...amazing stuff. It was the first time I had ever seen an I.A.S. work! Your example inspired me to write one on both Tomba! (by now gone, I'm afraid) and Paper Mario (it's still going on, if you want to read it!). So, thank you so much, Shadow Kirby! I'm going to try my hardest!
"Luigi's Mansion: Chittery Things"
Luigi could feel it. The sun was shining brightly, for sure, but he knew it was coming soon. The darkness...the rush of air...and finally, the hot, stinging pain. He only hoped...
BAM!
"Come ON, Luigi! If we're going to beat your brother in tennis tomorrow, you need to practice!" Daisy, standing opposite the net outside the Mario Bros.'s house, laughed as the green-clad plumber rubbed his nose. She had lobbed ten tennis balls his way, and so far, only two had connected with his racket.
"Hmmm!" Luigi groaned.
"Oh, don't be a crybaby", the tomboyish Princess teased. "You're fine!"
"Uh-uh!" Luigi shook his head.
Princess Toadstool emerged from the house, carrying a tray of lemonade. "So, you're practicing for the big match tomorrow, guys? Well, you'll need it!"
"In your dreams, Peachy!" Daisy laughed.
Princess Toadstool pretended to pout. "I've told you a million times not to call me that! Does this look like Japan to you?"
Luigi left the girls to their playful banter and hurriedly grabbed a cool glass of lemonade. He rubbed it against his injured nose and started to take a drink, when he heard a strange sound.
"Skritch...skritch...chitter...chitter..."
He looked around. It sounded like a bug-but there were none in sight. He went back to his beverage, turning toward the house-
And screamed.
"What is it?" Daisy and Princess Toadstool rushed over. Luigi fell to the porch, pointing desperately at the door.
"It's a door-"
"No, Dais! Look!" The Princess pointed toward the window. They could see what Luigi had seen-an emaciated, starved-looking face, gazing hungrily at Luigi and mouthing one word:
"...help..."
Then it was gone.
"Who on earth WAS that guy?"
Luigi didn't answer. He rushed into the house, down toward his secret cellar. There, he pushed aside a wall, which opened into...
"Hey, neat!" Daisy and the Princess had followed him. "A portrait gallery! Except...where are all of the pictures?"
Luigi screamed, hating himself for being right.
The ghosts were gone from their portraits.
See next post!

message detail When Luigi opened his eyes again, he was lying in his green-sheeted bed, Princess Toadstool pressing a cold washcloth to his face.
"What happened, Luigi?" she asked, concern tipping her voice.
"Yeah-you took a look at the frames and passed out!" Daisy, chomping on a Mushroom Cake in the doorway, sounded less worried. "I've heard of art taking people out-but come on!" She laughed at her own joke.
Luigi shook his head, pointing toward a drawer. The Princess pulled out two small objects-a green notebook, and what resembled an electronic video game.
"I get it. You want to relax and feel better, right?" Daisy laughed.
Luigi didn't answer. Instead, he flipped through the pages of the notebook, sweat pouring down his brow. He finally stopped, and showed the two girls the page.
"WHOA! That's the fattest guy I ever saw!" Daisy looked at the enormous, sloppy, purple man-thing, with yellowish jelly pouring down his collar and shirt.
The Princess read the notes below it. "Mr. Luggs...ate himself to death...wait a minute....OH!"
Luigi nodded desperately, and the Princess looked terrified. "What's wrong with you two?" Daisy wanted to know.
"It's that face! Daisy, that face we saw in the window-it's this Mr. Luggs! It was a ghost!"
"You mean like from your mansion? Please! Those freaks were locked up...in the...pictures?" Daisy put the pieces together.
"Yeah!" Luigi nodded.
"But...but that makes no sense!" Daisy protested. "That Luggs guy, he's really fat! The face in the window was all bony, like a skeleton or something!"
"I know-but look. The hair and color are the same! I KNOW it was Mr. Luggs!" the Princess responded.
"That's crazy..." But even the skeptical Daisy was beginning to believe it. "What are we gonna DO?"
What should the trio do?
A. Call Professor E. Gadd and get more information
B. Head to the Mansion themselves and check it out
C. Wait and see if any other ghostly occurrences happen around the house

message detail It is not possible for the ghost they saw to have been Mr. Luggs as he he was always at the dinning room eating (the dinning room which has no windows whatsoever.) Clearly if Daisy said the person was a skeleton'ish ghost then this obviousely refers to Madame Clairway who A: Is skeleton'ish, B: The Fotune-Teller Room has one or two windows and C: Has around the same hair color has Mr. Luggs.
This is my guess and I vote for A too! (Though I would like C and all but none of my fav. portrait ghost can be seen by a window (Slim, Ice Mountain Climbing Guy and... Bogmire could indeed be seen, but naw...) A it is.

However, I like to make things orderly. Three votes is the standard for IASes. A three vote total is easy to reach, but it can create tight calls without ever causing a tie. So, I acknowledge your criticism, but please don't do it again. Thank you.

"Let's get to the Mansion right now!" Daisy jumped up and started toward the door.
The level-headed Toadstool stopped her. "Wait! If the ghosts are here...it could be dangerous. We should call Elvin."
"Who?" Daisy asked.
"Professor Elvin Gadd, of course!" The Princess headed toward a phone, and brought it to Luigi. As he dialed, Daisy started flipping through the pages of the notebook.
"Hello?" Luigi whispered on the line.
There was silence-until a few crackles broke through the static. "Lui...not...ghos...bugs...crawli...King...help!"
"Mama mia!" Luigi cried, dropping the phone.
"I don't get any of this!" Daisy said, sounding a little whiny. "What's going on? Who was that guy?"
The Princess sighed. "OK, Dais. You remember what happened a few years back, with the mansion?"
"The ghosts, right."
"Yeah. Well, after all that was over, Luigi decided to give the place up for Professor Gadd to do some research."
"Oh, yeah", Luigi added, shivering. The frightful memories that stained the place had taken their toll on him.
"Right. But to keep everything safe, Elvin gave Luigi a memento-the Portraits containing the spirits he had captured. Luigi brought them back here, to his house, and sealed them in that secret basement room."
"But there AREN'T any ghosts in the Portraits!" Daisy complained.
"That's just it. Something must have happened-something to break them loose."
Luigi shook his head, remembering how starved Mr. Luggs had looked. He hadn't looked at all vengeful, or cruel, or angry. He looked desperately frightened and weak.
"Well, this is all crazy. We were all just playing tennis too long", Daisy sighed, sitting down in a chair. "It's sunstroke or something. We'll just-hey, Luigi, I was already sitting here!"
"Hm?" Luigi pointed to the bed he was lying on. The Princess, seated next to him, looked confused as well.
"Wait a sec. If you're both over there....then who's..."
Daisy turned-and screamed at the top of her lungs.

message detail "IS THAT YOU?"
Daisy screamed, falling off of the chair. The blue, demonic looking spirit that had taken up the chair was terrifying to behold. Long, cracked fingernails groped at empty air, and a tattered bathrobe flapped in an unseen wind, revealing skeletal portions. Most terrifying of all, though, was the space right below the careful maintained hair-two huge, black holes, right where the eyes should have been.
"IS THAT YOU, LUIGI? HELP! LUIGI! HELP!"
"Quiet, dear!" Another voice came floating through the door-causing all three of the humans to recoil. This ghost looked hideously ugly-bulbous facial features, oozing pimples and warts, and a twisted, misshapen body, crowned by a mane of the stringiest, grayest hair they had ever seen.
"Get back!" Daisy grabbed a lamp. "GET BACK!"
"Calm down!" The Princess looked sick herself-but she was a diplomat, and recognized the signs of terror. "What's going on, you two? Who are..."
"Ne...Neville!" Luigi suddenly gasped out, his face purple with fear. "Lydia!"
"Luigi, dear!" The hideous ghost woman floated over to him. "Darling!"
"YAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Luigi started to run from the room.
It took the Princess's official "ruler voice" to calm things down. "SILENCE!"
The room fell quiet. "Thank you. Now, if you could please explain..."
"We haven't the time for that-not here, anyway", Lydia explained, gnarled teeth poking through her lips. "You need to come back, Luigi...we need you. We need you desperately."
"PLEASE! MAKE THEM STOP!" Neville yelled out.
"It's all right, dear! Come. The children will be missing us. Please!" Lydia spun in the traditional manner, vanishing. Neville followed close behind.
"Oh, my..."
Luigi had passed out.
"Peachy, we've gotta get to that mansion!" Daisy looked nervous.
"I can't...I have a date with Mario and Toadsworth. We're meeting at Russ T.'s house. He's going to talk about something called the...Magestery, or something."
"WHAT?" Daisy sounded upset. "You can't expect me to go with him by myself!"
At that moment, a knock at the door sounded. "Hello?"
"Sounds like you've got a third party member already!" Princess Toadstool laughed as she opened the door.
Who is behind the door?

"Toadette! What are you doing here?" Princess Toadstool asked.
The young girl in the white-spotted cap tossed back her braids. "Umm...nothing...um...is Mario here?"
The Princess looked away, trying not to giggle. Toadette's "coy" attempts to hide her crush on the plumber were adorable. "No, sweetie, he's not. I'm on my way to meet him. Russ T. is giving us a lecture!"
Toadette frowned. "Oh...OK. Can I come in?"
"Sure, dear", the Princess smiled as she headed for the Warp Pipe. "I'll give Mario your best. Luigi...Daisy...do what needs to be done. Good luck!"
She waved-and just for a moment, her pretty face was cast in worry.
"OK...we'd better get going!" Daisy grabbed at her purse and charged for the door.
"Where?" Toadette looked confused.
"To Luigi's old mansion, to deal with ghosts!"
"Really?" Toadette's eyes widened. "REAL ghosts? Like an adventure? Oh, I wanna come! Lemme come!"
Luigi shook his head. He had no intention of leaving the house.
"Come ON, Luigi. Do it for old E. Gadd! If he's hurt or something..."
Luigi groaned, but agreed to this logic. He returned to his secret basement and pulled out two more items: a wrinkled map, and a flashlight. With these supplies in hand, the plumber and two girls spun the Warp Pipe, reconfiguring it to warp to...
"The Boo Woods", Daisy announced as they surfaced in the ever-dark glade. The twisted trees bended down in leering shapes, and bone-thin ravens nested in their branches, staring with pure white eyes.
"Whoa...this place is SO COOL!" Toadette started running down the path. "Come on! I wanna see some more!"
"Mama mia", Luigi sighed. He had seen this place once in his life-that had been enough. Still, he held his flashlight tightly and followed close behind the Toad and the Princess. They navigated across the thorn-choked paths, until they reached that familiar hill.
What they saw there terrified them all.

message detail "What...is...THAT?"
Daisy's question went unanswered-but not unrecognized. The twisted conglomeration of wood, brick, and glass that had once been a mansion had totally transformed. The entire house doubled and backed in on itself too many times to count; large pieces of furniture seemed to bulge out of the walls. Scariest of all, though, was the assortment of moans, groans, and devastatingly pained shrieks that cracked across the air, dancing with black lightning.
"Is it supposed to look like that? And what's that place?"
Luigi gasped and rushed past Toadette. He screamed.
There was nothing left of Dr. Gadd's laboratory but a few splinters, the arm of a statue, and...
"Hey, check it out!" Daisy pulled the machine out from beneath the pile of soil. "It's a vacuum, like the Poltergust!"
Indeed, the device closely resembled the spirit-sucker that Luigi remembered so well. The nozzle and hose stretched out, and there were slots for Element Medals-but the thing was much sleeker, and painted a bright-green shade.
"What's this little watch-thingy?" Toadette played with the small hands of the clock embedded on the hose.
Luigi pulled the device away, and strapped it onto his back. Though he was loath to admit it, the old feeling of power was good. He felt safe with this thing on his back. He then looked through the rubble; thankfully, no trace of E. Gadd's actual body was there.
"That means he's in the house!" Daisy decided. "The path didn't look like anyone had traveled on it. He must be in there!"
"And we get to rescue him!" Toadette cheered. "Like heroes! Awesome!"
Luigi nodded, his face a mixture of fright and determination. Dr. Gadd was a good friend of his, and he had no choice but to rescue him. The old man was too weak to fight off spirits by himself any more.
"OK..."
The three began the long walk, up the cracked and broken steps to the mansion. As they went, Luigi heard the noise again:
"Skritch...skritch...chitter, chitter..."
"You hear bugs or something?" Daisy asked as she put her hand on the front door.
Luigi let out a warning cry, but it was too late.
The door swung open; for a few seconds, the three of them saw a swirling purple vortex.
But then a powerful wind grabbed them all, pulled them in, and sealed the door.
They were trapped in the house.
Where should our heroes wake up?

message detail A it is! Let's see what's happening!
It was Toadette who awoke first. She groggily blinked her eyes, trying to bring her surroundings into focus. The room was dark and twisted; the walls themselves curved at impossible angles. She was also aware of something light blue-and HUGE-lying on the floor beneath her, gasping.
"Wha...who...who's there?" the Toad girl called out shakily.
"You awake, Toadette?" Daisy had recovered. "Spores, what happened? I remember...hey, what gives? I can't move!"
Toadette tried taking a step forward-and found herself imprisoned, too. They were trapped!
"MAMA MIA!" Luigi let out a scream as he flicked on his flashlight, and the trio made sense of what had happened.
They were stuffed into three large punching bags, their heads and arms sticking out; the legs were pinned back beneath the stuffing. It was the Rec Room-and true to form, Biff Atlas still haunted the place-only he was bigger. Much bigger. Much, MUCH bigger. Every inch of him was muscled, from chin to calf-but he was lying on the floor, totally unable to move.
"WHAT'S GOING ON?" Daisy screamed at the top of her lungs-loud enough to wake the dead.
"Who...THEY'RE AWAKE! EVERYONE, IN HERE!" Biff cried.
There was a pause...
And the room was alive with quivering human forms, floating in through the walls, bursting from the floor, breaking through the ceiling. Luigi began to scream as he recognized the Portrait Ghosts he had imprisoned, come to seek vengeance on him, come to destroy him, come to...
"Free them!"
Luigi blinked as a few of the spirits rushed over, tearing open the punching bags and releasing the trapped heroes.
"What the..." Toadette leaned back as a mysterious ghost with flames all over his body yanked her loose. Daisy was aided by a pair of spirits grotesquely bound together at the chest.
"Are you all right?" "Is it safe?" "He has the Poltergust-thank heavens!"
Daisy threw up her hands. "WAIT!"
A silence flooded the room.
"Thank you. Now...what in heck is going on here?"
"Shhh!" The hideously ugly Lydia floated forward, shushing them. "We haven't much time, but we'll explain as best we can. Oh, dear..."
"Hm?" Luigi murmured.
All of the ghosts said it together:
"You are the only ones who can rescue us."

message detail "You know we are ghosts, correct?" Lydia began, hovering in place. "Spirits bound to an earthly plain."
The three heroes nodded.
"But we", said the fiery ghost, "are unique, as you can no doubt tell. You see, each and every one of us died suddenly-so suddenly that we had no preparation time for passing on. We just...expired. Plain and simple. Snuffed out like candles."
"So..." The sickeningly skinny Mr. Luggs attempted to take up the tale, but his voice was far too weak. "We..."
"Save yourself, Donald", a pretty girl ghost without hands urged. "So we ended up in this form. We're from all over the Mushroom World...but Gadd captured us before we could be laid to rest, our unfinished business completed."
"Yeah, look", Daisy interrupted. "This is all great, but it doesn't explain why you look the way you do!"
The Portrait Ghosts looked at each other and nodded. "The Chitters", Neville finally whispered.
"What?"
"Chitters...ghost-bugs", Lydia continued. "Little things...they shouldn't exist."
"What do they do?" Toadette wondered.
"As spirits", said a gentlemanly ghost who looked the picture of harmlessness, "we can move beyond common ideas and dimensions. We have seen our pasts...and those horrible bugs have altered them."
"WHAT?"
"The Chitters tunneled back through time, to the moment of our expiration", Lydia explained, her voice growing faster with every moment. "Once there, they...changed things somehow, and bound us to eternal torment. We were all transformed...into these. Our worst nightmares."
"Wow..." Luigi's eyes widened.
Suddenly, the walls began to shake, and the sound of running insect feet resounded. "We're out of time!" the handless ghost shouted.
Lydia gasped out the last words. "Quickly! The rooms where you found us, Luigi-go there! The new Poltergust...it will send you back! Undo the bugs and send us to peace at last! Please!"
They all spun and vanished, and Biff himself faded away to nothing.
"What...just...happened?" Daisy asked.
Luigi shook his head. He didn't understand, either-but as Dr. Gadd had told him once, the best way to understand a thing was to do it. He decided to follow Lydia's instructions!
What room should the heroes travel to first?
A. The Storage Room, to aid Jarvis
B. The Guest Room, to help Sue Pea
C. The Upstairs Bathroom, to assist Miss Petunia

message detail OK! A it is! Let's go see the jar man!
The trio was very confused, but Luigi understood that something strange was happening. He ran through his old Game Boy Horror, looking at the pictures of those colorful spirits that he had trapped so long ago.
"Neat! Look at all of them! But...who do we help first?" Daisy wondered. "The girl? The mom?"
Luigi shook his head. High-profile spirits-the ghost family, or the masterful spirits-would no doubt attract the attention of whatever was polluting the mansion. He would have to start slowly, so basically that he was practically unnoticed. And as he thought this...
"That guy!" Toadette pointed to the pink-purple ghost poking out of a ceramic vase.
"Jarvis!" Luigi exclaimed. "Oh yeah!"
"OK...where do we go?"
Luigi ran over his map of the house. Jarvis would be in the attic, through the Armory. It would be an arduous journey, but better to help the far-away ghosts first. He led the girls through a doorway...
Where they found themselves on the balcony.
"What the...how did we end up here?" Daisy looked around. "We were on the ground a second ago!"
"It must be the ghost-bugs", Toadette decided. "They're twisting the whole mansion around, I guess!"
Luigi nodded. He ran for the diamond-laced door on the far side of the stones, and pushed the knob slowly. It looked normal enough...
"What are we doing in a kitchen?" Daisy looked around.
This merry-go-round of rooms continued for a few moments, until Luigi finally noticed a collection of jars and jugs on shelves. "Oh yeah!"
"We're here! Neat!" Toadette, ever curious, began to look at the jars. "Wow, there's so many! There's red and yellow and old and...AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
The elder heroes rushed over-and saw why she had screamed so loudly.
There was a blinking eyeball floating in a clear, glass jar on a small table.
"Look! It's..." Daisy pointed to similar jars while Luigi tried to hold in his lunch. "There's a grotesque, bloody pair of lips! And they're hideously connected to a voice box in this next jar! Here's the other eyeball, staring at..."
"WE SEE THEM!" Toadette screamed. "STOP LISTING THEM!"
"...Sorry."
As Luigi dared to peek at the jars, the separated eyeballs turned their gaze upon him. The voice-box vibrated, sending the purple fluid in the jars shaking.
"...Help...activate...Chronos..."
As the three looked at the ghostly lips, they failed to notice the small clock on the Poltergust begin to spin. It went unnoticed-until the small timepiece exploded with light...

message detail "...Is it safe?" Toadette had thrown herself upon the ground at the explosion of color.
"I think so, sweetie", Daisy said, looking around. "But...where are we?"
Luigi looked around. They had somehow moved to a small shop, again full of jars and other ceramics-but the lights were cheery, a roaring fire shone in a fireplace, and a few other Mushroom people milled around, looking at the wares.
"Where..."
"You mean WHEN", Daisy suddenly announced. "We've gone back in time!"
"WHAT?" The other two sounded incredulous.
"Well, it's pretty obvious. The clock spun, the ghosts told us to 'go back'...we must have traveled back!"
So saying, a Mushroom man walked by. "Considering that I'm done with my newspaper, I guess I'll just drop it here!" he said loudly, dropping the stack of papers on the ground.
Toadette snatched them up. "Daisy's right! It's forty-five years ago!"
"Why..."
"Can I help you, mate?"
Luigi turned-and gasped.
Jarvis stood before him-but it didn't look like the spirit at all. He was certainly short, and very fat and ruddy-faced, but his eyes were alive, and all four limbs were working properly. "Jarvis?"
"That's me, boy-o!" The soon-to-be ghost laughed. "Jarvis Ming, owner of the Jar Joint. What can I get you?"
"Oh, we're just browsing..."
Suddenly, Luigi heard something moving about the shelves.
"Skritch...skritch...chitter...chitter..."
"I hear those bugs again!" Daisy looked around. "They must be here, to kill you!"
"Looks to me like you've spent a touch too much time in the sun, girlie!" Jarvis laughed, moving back toward his desk.
The three quickly ducked behind a narrow shelf. "OK...so we're HERE...and we know we have to...what DO we have to do?" Toadette wondered.
That's a good question! What should the group attempt to do?
A. Convince Jarvis of his imminent death
B. Transport Jarvis to another location
C. Try to find the Chitters and track them in the shop

message detail Apologizes, everyone-got caught up in schoolwork. Thank you for being so patient! Let's go on with the story...
"Quick!" Toadette started moving toward the counter. "We need to get Jarvis out of here!"
Daisy held her back. "Don't you read? EVERYONE knows that if you try to change the past, you end up causing what you didn't want to happen to happen!"
Toadette blinked. "...What?"
Luigi shook his head and began to listen for the chittering sound. He felt it echoing behind a jar...
"GOTCHA!"
He scooped up the jar and spotted it-a Chitter.
It resembled a cockroach, only much larger and...greener. The scuttling legs clicked endlessly against the wood of the shelf, never resting, never ceasing. A pair of hungry mandibles clacked along the face, and the hard shell glistened with a sickly pale light. Worst of all, though, were the eyes-huge, compound, and unblinking. The bug spun and glanced at Luigi...and seemed to smile.
"Wha?"
The insidious insect ran along the shelf, moving straight towards a window. Luigi followed, and watched as the ghost-bug moved effortlessly through the glass and hurried into the street. By now, Daisy and Toadette had stopped talking and followed the green-clad plumber's eyes.
"Hey, wait up!" Daisy threw open the door, blinking in the bright sunligt. She watched as the pale insect suddenly popped its shell open, revealing a thin pair of wings. It flew into the air, fading as it went!
"It's turning invisible!" Toadette gasped. "And...it's heading for that guy!"
Indeed, the Chitter's flight path was on track to strike a thickset Toad man. It faded from view completely just as it reach his face...
"OH!"
The trio watched as the Toad blinked, leaning backwards. His hands began to shake.
"I...I...I..."
He turned toward Jarvis's shop, and a hideous grin cracked on his face.
"...KILL."

message detail The heavyset man laughed hysterically as he raced toward the shop, screaming. He breezed past the three heroes and entered the door.
"What's going...HEY!"
Jarvis screamed as the man began taking up jars, throwing them to the floor.
"SIR!" "CALM DOWN!" "CALL THE POLICE!" The other customers screamed as they ran out the door, leaving only Daisy, Toadette, Luigi, the bug-infested man, and Jarvis himself.
"We need to stop that guy!" Daisy lunged forward-
Just as the Toad grabbed a jar of oil and threw it toward the fire.
"DUCK!" Toadette screamed...
BOOM!
The entire wall of the shop exploded into a wall of ferocious flame. The three heroes were flung against the wall, while the Toad man cackled insanely in the center of the room. Jarvis himself flew into a large jar collection, heavy vases falling onto his body.
"I...can't...move!" the poor shopkeeper shouted.
Luigi motioned to help him-but Daisy caught his arm. "Look! THERE!"
The Chitter was flying out of the insane man, who abruptly stopped laughing. "What? Where...oh. OH! HELP! HELP ME!" He began to flail about, trying to escape the ring of fire.
"I must...save..." Jarvis tried to move, but the heavy jars had taken their toll. He could not stand, could not do anything to help the Toad man.
"Look away!" Luigi turned his head as the first flames reached the poor soul's body. His horrible, heart-wrenching screams filled the smoke-clogged air of the shop. Toadette cried; Luigi wretched. But it was Daisy who heard and saw the Chitter itself, flying directly next to Jarvis's ear. It whispered three words, in a cold, flat voice:
"Heartless. Cruel. Guilty."
Daisy watched as Jarvis's face filled with grief and sorrow...
The room vanished.
When the smoke cleared, they were back in the Ceramic Studio of the Mansion, Jarvis's body still broken into jars.
"So THAT'S their game!" Daisy realized. "They spread guilt and fear into Jarvis, just before he died. He must have thought it was his fault. It's the guilt that did this to him!"
Jarvis's floating eyes blinked in agreement.
"Then we've gotta go back and change it again!" Toadette reached for the Poltergust clock.
Luigi nodded as Jarvis murmured "Chronos" again, sending the hands flying.
What action should the group take when they return?
A. Restrain the Toad man from setting the fire
B. Pull Jarvis from the wreckage
C. Rescue the Toad man from the fire themselves

"There are precious few at ease with moral ambiguities, so we act as though they don't exist!"-The Wizard
The ghosts were gone from their portraits.

message detail When Luigi opened his eyes again, he was lying in his green-sheeted bed, Princess Toadstool pressing a cold washcloth to his face.

"Hello?"

They were trapped in the house.

message detail A it is!

"...KILL."
See next post!

message detail The heavyset man laughed hysterically as he raced toward the shop, screaming.
