Follow up to MorTar. Sturdy is vital, and it's HP IVs should be incredibly poor. When it's hit Sturdy'll keep 'em alive, he'll use Endeavor to bring them down to one, and Shell Bell will bring his HP back up to full so Sturdy works again. Quick Attack/SandStorm in case opponent changes weather.
