Cartoon Network Wars is a role-playing forum game where people build an army and wage war on others. When you wish to wage war on someone, post your battle declaration in the Questions and Answers board and a staff member will write a battle for your attack. The attacker and defender will both write plans that will shape the outcome of the battle.
Most of the Army rules were based on a different game called Nintendo Wars, if you haven't played it then go check it out.
s3.zetaboards.com/mushroom_kingdom_war/index/General Guidelines1. One real life day is considered 4 in-game days.
2. WM stands for War Machine, they are machines your army builds in order to increase their combat effectiveness. Some groups may construct an Uber War Machine, a 200 day War Machine that you may only have one of at any time. You may also build Base Defenses, such as turrets or walls to help protect your base. A group may start out with one 20 day defense to prevent early attacks.
3. Using what you know from someone else's logbook is considered out-of-game knowledge and will likely be punished.
4. Knowingly breaking any of the above rules will result in a punishment decided by me or one of other mods. Also a mod's decision is final in anything. However if a majority of normal members think the mod is unfair, or enough of the staff, the decision is overturned and a new mod will be found.
5. If you have any questions then ask them in the questions board and a admin, or mod will answer your question.
6. Coins are used to either Assassins or Engineers. They may also be used in a neutral store set up by the admins.
7. Assassins and Armies may obtain Artifacts. Artifacts are unique objects with varying powers that can have a major effect on battles, from reviving fallen troops to causing exploding teddy bears to rain from the sky. The power of the artifact depends on the day value. Be creative!
9. Certain groups may obtain factories, additional project slots that are limited to creating war machines or base defenses. They may obtain a factory for every 20,000 civilians. If your civilian total drops below the required amount, then the factory shall be postponed until you have a sufficient amount.
Army Guidelines1. The main class of the game, an army is balanced and uses all elements such as Uber War Machines, Heros, etc.

4. Armies may preform one 100 Day project for a Main Character. A Main Character is a unit who is far more powerful than troops and start out with five 20 Day abilities, that can range from resisting magic to causing a black hole. They may also wield a Legendary Weapon, a powerful object only usable by them.
5. Armies start out with a General and a Captain. These units are slightly stronger than average troops and are required to command your army. However you may gain a new captain for every 20,000 troops you acquire, for a grand total of 6 Captains and the General.
6. Armies start out with 3 types of troops. They may gain another type by doing a 20 day project for one. They may also gain one type of Uber Unit, that can be acquired by a 30 day project.

2. Your soldiers are immune to forms of Base protection under 20 days. You may have a project to upgrade this ability.
3. You may be paid by other groups to sneak into other people's bases. You may be assigned various tasks, from gathering information to assassinating somebody. You may also be paid to assist them in combat.
4. You only have 4 project slots.
7. You may deny any client, but remember that taking on tasks is the whole point of being an Assassin group.
8. The location of your base remains secret until a 20 Day Project is done to find it.
Engineers:
1. Engineers are more focused on machines, being able to run many factories but lack troops. Other classes may purchase machines and defenses from them or hire them for combat.
2. The Engineer class starts out with 5 project slots and a factory. They can build either War Machines or Base Defenses with these factories. They may obtain up to 6 factories.
3. Engineers can get another factory by doing a 20 day project. Once they make a factory they can obtain an additional production line by a 30 day project. This allows them produce more in that factory. There is a limit of 3 lines per factory.
4. A factory may only produce either Base Defenses or War Machines, meaning you can't have a factory that produces both.
5. They can also build one Uber War Machine that may be purchased by armies if they don't already have one.
